Clicking deal will deal bridge hands and optionally send you an email that includes a lin file - suitable for uploading to a bbo tournament, teaching table or partnership bidding - or a plain text file (best viewed with a fixed width font). You will need to copy and paste the lin file into a text editor (notepad or similar) and save before using.

There is a known issue with sending the text file to gmail. The hand diagram does not align. This is a gmail problem. It does not occur if you access gmail via pop3 and a mail client. It only occurs when you access gmail through the web. A similar problem may occur with other web based mail systems.
