Bridge Lessons

Wayne Burrows Wayne Burrows is an experienced Bridge Teacher and Player.  As a player he has won many local, provincial and national tournaments in New Zealand.  In 2006 and 2007 with Pam Livingston we was a member of the New Zealand Open Bridge Team at the PABF - Shanghai 2006; Bandung 2007.  Sixteen times since 1991 he has been a member of the Central Districts team at the National Interprovincial Championships. As a teacher he has taught both face to face at the Palmerston North Bridge Club and online on BBO.  He has also taught beginners at Marton Bridge Club and Caccia Birch Bridge Club and conducted seminars for inter-provincial players in the Central Districts Bridge Centre.  As a trained teacher who has taught at primary, secondary and tertiary educational institutions he has excellent teaching skills.         Bidding or Play Lessons online at BBO We will use the Partnership Bidding and Teaching Table features of BBO to bid and play hands together.  Custom hands can be provided so that we can concentrate on particular bidding conventions or natural auctions.  Lesson rates start at $US25 per hour. Partnership or group sessions are available at discounted rates per participant.
